Two offers, both his own.
Both of these are standing offers of Steve’s, exactly as he words them himself.
Offer Valid on Duct Cleaning
Steve's standing offer on duct cleaning. Mention it when you call, or put it in the form, and it comes off the flat fee.
Mention it at the time of booking.Lint Extractor Brushes
Steve invented the Lint Extractor brush and sold it on QVC for several years. He still keeps them on hand at $15 — ask about one when he’s out.
As seen on QVC. Ask about availability.“I also invented and sold the Lint Extractor brush on QVC™ for several years!”
The brush is where the company name came from. The easiest time to pick one up is while he is already at your place for a clean.
How the money works, plainly.
Duct cleaning is a flat fee
“I charge a flat fee for my air duct cleaning services.” You get the number before he starts, and it does not move once he is behind the machine.
Repairs get quoted on sight
Repair and replacement depend on what the run actually needs, so those get priced once he has seen it — not guessed at over the phone.
No upsells, by policy
“…nor will I pressure you with any additional services you do not want or need.” He only does dryer venting, so there is nothing else to sell you.
Ask about the $10 off when you book — it comes off the flat fee.
